The Board offices are located at 1740 W. Adams, Phoenix, AZ 85007.  However, there will be no availability to attend the meeting in person as it is being held completely telephonically, unless otherwise indicated.  Meetings begin as 9:00 a.m., although occasionally the time or date may be changed.  A final agenda is available 24 hours in advance of the scheduled meeting time.

If you desire accommodation, such as a sign language interpreter please contact the Executive Director at (602) 542-8154 (TTY 711) for relay service relating to the hearing impaired).  Please make your request as early as possible to allow time to arrange the accommodation.

Copies of Minutes and Agendas from 2003 through 2009 are available in PDF form and may be obtained at no cost by emailing the Board (link below) and making a request .  Minutes and Agendas prior to 2003 are available in hard copy at a cost of 25 cents per page and may be obtained by filling out a Public Records Request Form
