On 3-18-2008 The Board agreed to accept the voluntary surrender of Dr. Page's homeopathic medical license. The voluntary surrender is a disciplinary action reportable to the federal data base. In the agreement Dr. Page agreed to not apply for a homeopathic medical license for five years from the effective date of the consent agreement.
